Essential Spa Solutions was built from the inside out. Not from a consulting office from actual spa operations.

Over 20 years, we’ve opened spa departments from scratch, rebuilt underperforming operations, managed hotel and resort portfolios, and installed governance frameworks that protect owner ROI all under real commercial pressure, across Bali and the wider region.

We built Essential360 because the tools available weren’t solving the problems we were seeing every day. So we built our own system. And then we started installing it for others.
