Is this call really free?
Yes. There is no charge for the strategy call and no obligation to proceed with any programme. We offer it because operators who go through the diagnosis process make better decisions — whether they work with us or not.
Will I be pressured to buy something?
No. At the end of the call we’ll make a specific recommendation based on what we find. If a programme is the right next step we’ll say so clearly. If it isn’t, we’ll tell you that too. Our reputation depends on honest assessment, not volume.
What should I prepare before the call?
Nothing formal is required. After booking, you’ll receive a short pre-call questionnaire (5 minutes) asking for basic operational context. Having a rough sense of your monthly revenue and team size is helpful but not essential.
How is this different from generic business coaching?
We work exclusively in spa and wellness operations. Every framework, question, and recommendation is built from direct operational experience in this industry. We don’t apply generic business principles — we apply spa-specific systems that have been tested across 300+ operators.
